- The hotel is open 24 hours in a day. From 10.OO p.m. and 7.00 a.m. shift is covered by the night-concierge.

- Are pets allowed?
- Yes, they are, but only small pets and with an additional charge of € 3,00 per day. In any case pets are not allowed in the common areas such as hall, restaurant and bar.

- What kind of services does the price include?
- The prices are for board per person and day, including:
service, VAT, English-breakfast, Italian and international dishes
with meal-choice, salad-buffet, dishes for children, restaurant
and common rooms with air-conditioning, sat-tv room, new terrace
with sun-beds and bicycles.
The prices are valid from a minimum stay of 3 days on.

- We prefer cash, but we also accept VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, BANCOMAT and also cheques.
- Are there rooms for physically disabled available?
- Yes, there are.
- What happens in case you leave earlier than expected, no-show or late arrival?
- In case you leave earlier than expected, no-show or late arrival, the entire amount of the hotel reservation can be charged.
- What happens with the deposit in case of cancellation of the reservation?
- In case of reservation cancellation the deposit could be retained.
